Substance Use and Mental Health counseling with supportive medication services. Group and individual services provided both in person and virtually, our goal is to make the process of treatment accessible and meaningful in line with your vision for recovery.  In the wake of Covid-19, your health and safety is paramount.


Various levels of care provided to accommodate your needs that include Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and individual counseling sessions.


Models of care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation and Psychotherapy. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and supportive case management for both MH and SUD treatment.

Substance Use Counseling

Substance abuse counseling is a combination of treatment and support to help people break free from drug or alcohol addiction. This specific type of therapy is often a key part of rehabilitation programs so clients can overcome substance dependence mentally and emotionally.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling is counseling focused on the individual's immediate or near future concern.  This can include depression, anxiety, relationship or family issues.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, which is effective in the treatment of opioid use disorders (OUD) and can help some people to sustain recovery.

Group Counseling

Through Group Counseling counsellors interact with individuals as well as other people who face the same issues and problems. In group counseling, the counsellors will be able to create a solution to solve the problems with the help of a detailed analysis and reviews.

Partial Hospitalization Programming

A Partial Hospitalization Program is a very structured day program that provides several hours of therapy and skill building groups each day. You will participate in a daily routine in a PHP, but you will go back home each night.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) address addiction, depression, eating disorders, and more without needing to detox or be supervised.

Couples/Family Support and Education

Couples and Family support and education provides sessions that serve to engage all family members in the process of recovery with an emphasis on how substance use impacts relationships between couple and the family unit as a whole.
